  • PuffyWear offers practical, cozy, and comfort-focused products sourced from trusted international suppliers.

  • Delivery times depend on logistics and stock availability, with an estimated 6–12 business days after shipment.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the product is internationally sourced and delivery times may vary.

2. Product Returns & Usage Conditions

Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 15 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged products.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, tested, used, or damaged.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for opened personal care items, kitchen tools, or products with sealed/special hygiene packaging.

Damage Notification

  • To validate a damage claim, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package from all angles.

  • Claims without a video cannot be processed, as the damage cannot be verified.

  • If the outer package shows signs of crushing, tearing, or moisture, a damage report must be filed with the courier at the time of delivery.

Opened Packages Cannot Be Returned

  • Products with opened or damaged original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please open the package carefully and inspect the product before use.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.
    In such cases, the return policy outlined above will apply after delivery.

4. Customs & Duties

  • All PuffyWear product prices include customs duties and related charges.

  • Customers will not be asked to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.

  • PuffyWear is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All listed prices include taxes and shipping fees.

  • Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and payment infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations (such as color tones, labels, or minor manufacturing differences) may occur depending on the supplier.

  • Product compatibility and proper usage are the responsibility of the customer.

  • PuffyWear is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or improper use of any product.

  • PuffyWear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
