At PuffyWear, we are committed to offering high-quality, cozy, and comfortable products—while also ensuring a smooth, reliable, and customer-friendly return experience.

✅ Return Conditions

You may return any purchased item within 15 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and undamaged

• Be in their original packaging

• Include all accessories, labels, and components originally provided

🔁 Exchanges

If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund:

• You can receive a brand-new replacement of the same item, or

• Exchange it for any other product available at PuffyWear

💸 Return Process

• Submit your return request through our Contact Page or by sending us an email

• We will provide you with all necessary return shipping instructions

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within up to 5 business days

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used at checkout (credit card, debit card, etc.)

🚚 Return Shipping Fees

• For unconditional returns, the first return shipping cost is covered by PuffyWear

• For exchanges, the first outbound shipping to send your replacement item is also covered by us

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

• Personal care products

• Kitchen tools that come into direct contact with food

• Products with sealed or hygiene-protected packaging

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Ask the courier to file a damage report during delivery

• Then contact PuffyWear as soon as possible with details and photos
