Distance Sales Contract
This Distance Sales Contract is electronically established between the parties listed below on the date the Buyer confirms the order.
1. Parties
Seller:
PuffyWear
(Contact: info@puffywear.com)
Buyer (Consumer):
The person whose name, surname, and contact information are provided during checkout.
2. Subject
This contract regulates the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the PuffyWear online store.
3. Product Information
The essential characteristics of the products offered for sale, including:

product details,

size and measurement charts,
-
material and fabric information,
-
usage descriptions,
-
relevant warnings and features
are clearly displayed on each product page.
The Buyer declares that they have reviewed and accepted all product features before placing the order.
4. Usage Warning & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Due to fabric, material, or texture differences, some products may cause mild irritation, redness, or allergic reactions on sensitive skin.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any personal skin reactions or sensitivities.
The Buyer is responsible for evaluating their own skin condition before use.
5. Price & Payment
The total price shown on the checkout page includes all taxes and fees.
Accepted payment methods include:

debit card
(Additional methods may be added later.)
6. Delivery Conditions
Products are prepared and handed over to the shipping provider within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.
Delays caused by:

international shipping processes,
-
customs procedures,
-
logistics issues
are outside the Seller’s control.
7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Due to personal hygiene and direct contact with the body, clothing products (such as winter onesies, pajamas, loungewear, plush suits, etc.) cannot be returned or withdrawn once delivered.
By completing the order, the Buyer agrees to this no-return policy.
NOTE:
If the product is incorrect or defective, an exchange will be provided.
8. Responsibilities
Seller Responsibilities:

Delivering the product in full and without defects,

Providing accurate product descriptions,

Sharing shipment tracking information.
Buyer Responsibilities:

Providing accurate address and contact information,

Carefully reviewing product details before ordering,

Accepting responsibility for personal skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The Buyer’s personal data is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s location shall be authorized.
11. Enforcement
By placing an order, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement electronically.
